All products and labour carries a 1 year warranty unless otherwise stated.
Fax your order to our fax line at+27 21 905 7733. Please include all prices, charges and preferred method of shipment. If the order is complete we will ship it immediately. If there are any discrepancies or an item is on backorder, we will contact you before shipping the order.
All orders placed before 13:00 Mondayto Friday will be acknowledged, processed and confirmed with you the same day. (Friday before 12PM ). Otherwise we’ll confirm your order on the next business day.
We accept direct transfer payments and cheques after due bank clearance. Unfortunately we cannot accept C.O.D cash payments.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please E-mail or Fax us and when and how best to contact you. All returns must be approved and issued with a Returned Merchandise Account number. Defective or damaged merchandise will be exchanged or refunded. All other returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge.
Merchandise must be in a new and unused condition, with packaging. All merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the Purchase date. Please allow up to 14 days for your credit to be processed. Returns must be received by ourselves within 30 days of the date of issue of the RMA.
All backorders will be shipped as soon as merchandise is received. If for any reason we are unable to fill your backorder within a reasonable time, you will be promptly notified.
When emailing, or faxing, remember to include your details, such as your name, a contact number, and the item interested in. As this makes it easier for us to get back to you, and quicker!
